The check-in and check-out operations will<\/p><p>follow adequate operating standards and thanks to the help of digital solutions that have been<\/p><p>integrated, our staff will be available for all information even without physical contact.<\/p><p>In each area inside the hotel there are stations equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers. Guests<\/p><p>must wear a mask in the common and closed areas that will be constantly ventilated while,<\/p><p>outdoors (garden, dehor, solarium, panoramic terrace), the mask must be worn when it is not<\/p><p>possible to maintain the minimum safety distance (1 meter).<\/p><p>Cleaning, disinfection and sanitation will be guaranteed &#8211; enhanced by the use of the Active Pure<\/p><p>hydrogen peroxide medical device &#8211; in all common areas several times during the day (toilets<\/p><p>included). In particular situations, access to these areas could be regularized and contingent on<\/p><p>the part of the service staff. As per legislation, the availability of magazines, newspapers, books<\/p><p>and advertising material for mixed use will be eliminated.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>OUR ROOMS<\/strong><\/p><p>Our maids on the floors have been trained to care, sanitize and sanitize all the support surfaces of<br \/>the room with the use of specific products based on the recommendations indicated by the WHO:<br \/>in this regard we ask our guests that all objects personal items are placed in bags or beauty-cases<br \/>to facilitate the completion of this important operational process.
