RECEPTION AND COMMON AREAS

The staff will welcome you behind plexiglass protections, in the absence of these, they will wear

their own PPE (masks and gloves) using hand sanitizers. The check-in and check-out operations will

follow adequate operating standards and thanks to the help of digital solutions that have been

integrated, our staff will be available for all information even without physical contact.

In each area inside the hotel there are stations equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers. Guests

must wear a mask in the common and closed areas that will be constantly ventilated while,

outdoors (garden, dehor, solarium, panoramic terrace), the mask must be worn when it is not

possible to maintain the minimum safety distance (1 meter).

Cleaning, disinfection and sanitation will be guaranteed – enhanced by the use of the Active Pure

hydrogen peroxide medical device – in all common areas several times during the day (toilets

included). In particular situations, access to these areas could be regularized and contingent on

the part of the service staff. As per legislation, the availability of magazines, newspapers, books

and advertising material for mixed use will be eliminated.

OUR ROOMS

Our maids on the floors have been trained to care, sanitize and sanitize all the support surfaces of
the room with the use of specific products based on the recommendations indicated by the WHO:
in this regard we ask our guests that all objects personal items are placed in bags or beauty-cases
to facilitate the completion of this important operational process. The air conditioning system
inside the rooms has been adapted to the new regulations.

At each departure, the room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected of all furnishings and
accessories using the Active Pure hydrogen peroxide medical device.
