YIN YOGA AND TIBETAN COMPANE
On the ground, you work slowly on the connective tissues to calm emotions and stimulate vital energy, thus preparing for meditation that you will practice accompanied by the sound of Tibetan bells.

The two disciplines come together in a single practice designed to harmonize body, mind and emotions with stretching and conscious breathing movements guided on the ground.
